The uLink “Padala, Panalo with uLink and BPI” Raffle (the “Promotion” or “Raffle”) sponsored by Servicio UniTeller, Inc. (the “Sponsor”) begins at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on June 1, 2025, and ends at 11:59:59 PM EST on July 31, 2025 (the “Raffle Period”). 

The following are the Terms and Conditions of the giveaway, which is sponsored by uLink, a service of Servicio UniTeller, Inc. 

Promotion Description

HOW TO ENTER: No purchase/transaction necessary. Candidates may enter the Raffle by two methods: 

1) By completing one (1) qualifying money transfer for a minimum of $100 USD for cash pickup or account deposit to BPI in the Philippines. 2) Any eligible individual can send in a “No Purchase Necessary” mail-in entry to 4516 Seton Center Parkway, Suite 125, Austin, TX 78759 Attn: “uLink Marketing Department – Padala, Panalo with uLink and BPI Raffle Entry” with a note expressing their interest in participating in the giveaway. The letter must include the entrant’s full name, email address, physical mailing address, and phone number, as well as a photocopy of a U.S. government-issued ID showing the name and date of birth. Note that Attn: “uLink Marketing Department” MUST be clearly mentioned on the envelope itself. Failure to mention and failure to provide proof of ID may result in a void entry. Please do not submit any original copies for proof of identification. UniTeller may not be held responsible if an original document is submitted to enter the raffle. 

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:

The Raffle begins at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“EST”) on June 1, 2025, and ends at 11:59:59 PM EST on July 31, 2025 (the “Raffle Period”). The sponsor’s servers and clock shall serve as the official clock for the giveaway. Upon entering, the entrant acknowledges compliance with these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements. The Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, agents, and employees are not liable for lost, late, stolen, illegible, delayed, garbled, or misdirected entries, technical hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete, or damaged transactions, or for garbled or delayed computer transmissions even if the foregoing limits an entrant’s ability to participate in the Raffle in any way or to win. Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, agents, and employees are not responsible for any problems or for the technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email on account of technical problems or traffic congestion, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to the entrant, his/her computer, hardware, or other property relating to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in connection with the Raffle. 

 

PRIVACY: The personal information you submit when you enter the Raffle is collected by the Sponsor and will be subject to the Sponsor’s privacy policy. By participating in this promotion, you agree to allow the Sponsor to use your personal information, which may include identification, such as name, address, and transaction information, to directly promote its services to you. 

 

PRIZE DESCRIPTION AND LIMITATIONS: There will be a total of thirty (30) minor prizes and one (1) grand prize offered. 

Only applicable for transfers that are in paid status. The raffle promotion is not open for phone reloads or any other service types offered besides remittances. Transactions that are canceled, void, pending cancellation, or pending payment on the drawing date do not qualify to be entered in the promotion. 

 

The prizes shall not be subject to any dispute or claim whatsoever, and they shall not be transferable or exchangeable for cash or any other item. There is a limit of one prize per person, family, or household. No substitution or transfer of any prize is permitted, except that the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All taxes and other expenses not specified herein, including, without limitation, federal, State, and/or local taxes associated with the prize and its receipt, are the sole responsibility of the prize recipients. All prizes will be awarded provided a sufficient number of qualified, eligible entries are received for the Raffle period, as outlined in the schedule below (“Drawing Schedule”). Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use the winner’s name, likeness, and entry for the purposes of online or offline advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. 

 

You may not (and you are not eligible to) participate in the Promotion if you are an employee of uLink or an affiliate or any other licensed remittance company or where doing so would be prohibited by any applicable law, statute or regulations or all information collected from you as part of the Promotion shall be subject to uLink’s Privacy Policy, found at https://ulink.com. uLink expressly disclaims any and all liability associated with or arising from your use of the prizes and/or gift cards. Resolution of all questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the Promotion or your compliance with the terms and conditions of this Promotion Agreement is the responsibility of uLink. 

 

DRAWINGS AND ODDS OF WINNING: There will be a total of thirty (30) random drawings for minor prizes and one (1) random drawing for the grand prize from all eligible entries received during the Raffle, as outlined in the “Drawing Schedule” below. The thirty-one (31) drawings will be held on or about the Drawing Dates, as noted in the “Drawing Schedule”, and conducted under the supervision of the Sponsor. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received during the Raffle period. 

 

Promotion Period: June 1, 2025 to July 31, 2025 

Online/Mail-In Entry Submission Deadline: July 31, 2025, 11:59:59 pm EST 

Drawing Day:  August 11, 2025 

Number of Potential Prize Winners to be Drawn: Thirty-one (31) 

Winners Notified: By August 18, 2025 

Individual prize value: Not exceeding $20 USD/each or 1,000 PHP/each for the minor prizes and not exceeding $1,000 USD or PHP 50,000 for the grand prize 

Prize Total: Up to USD 1,600 or PHP 80,000 

Promo Coverage: All U.S. States and the Philippines (nationwide)

 

WINNER NOTIFICATION/PRIZE FULFILLMENT: 

The potential winners will be notified via email between on/about the notification dates noted on the “Drawing Schedule” above. 

1. Email notifications will be sent to the sender’s registered email with uLink. 
2. Each winning sender will receive an email notification from [email protected] stating that they have won and will be asked for their Philippine beneficiary’s full name and Philippine mobile number. It is the sole responsibility of the winning sender to provide the correct beneficiary details. Failure to provide accurate information may result in forfeiture of the winnings. 

   [email protected] shall notify all winners via their email address registered with uLink, stating that they have won and will be asked to select the e-voucher brand worth PHP 1,000 each that they would like their Philippine beneficiary to receive as a prize for minor prizes: 

   -GCASH
   -MAYA
   -MERCURY DRUG
   -LAZADA 

   For the grand prize, the winning sender will be notified that he has won the raffle and will be asked for his BPI beneficiary’s full name and Philippine mobile number. He will also be notified that his receiver in the Philippines will receive an ABENSON appliance store e-voucher worth PHP 50,000.

3. All e-voucher prizes will be sent by UniTeller Filipino Inc. to the Philippine mobile number of the beneficiary provided by the sender (remitter). Winning beneficiary names will be posted on uLink’s website https://ulink.com

For mail-in entrants, the winnings will be in the form of a gift card link sent via third-party Tango Card, Inc., not exceeding $20 USD, issued to the entrant’s email address provided. Under no circumstances will the gift card be issued to an email address that is different from the one provided at the time of entering the raffle. The winner will receive a written confirmation via email notifying him/her of their winnings. 

GENERAL RULES: Raffle is open only to legal U.S. residents, having a valid Tax Identification Number (TIN) or Social Security Number (SSN), who are 18 years of age or older as of July 31, 2025. Employees of the Sponsor, its Agents, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, or any other suppliers of the Sponsor and their immediate families and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate. All Federal, State and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law. If the winner is deemed a minor in his/her state of residence, prize(s) will be awarded in the name of the winner’s parent or legal guardian. By accepting a prize, the winner agrees to hold the Sponsor, its agents, and their affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective Directors, officers, employees, and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of the acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or nonuse of any prize. In any event, the total damages from any claim brought against the Sponsor are limited to the dollar amount of any prize due to the winner. The “Winner” assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding. This Raffle and these Official Rules shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey without regard to its principles of conflicts of law. Jurisdiction and venue shall be solely within the State of New Jersey. 

 

NOTICE TO ENTRANTS: 

uLink reserves the right to void any offer redemption that appears to be fraudulent, and to void any offer redemption resulting from a fraudulent uLink transaction or any transaction that is not compliant with the uLink User Agreement, found at https://ulink.com. uLink will not replace any lost, damaged, or expired gift cards or prizes. 

 

uLink reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice, to add, modify, or terminate any and/or all the terms of the Promotion Agreement or to replace, wholly or in part, the Promotion with another offer with no liability to uLink. 

 

IN NO EVENT SHALL ULINK BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THIS PROMOTION, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE AND/OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF ULINK HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE ULINK USER AGREEMENT, INCLUDING THE SECTIONS ON LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION/GOVERNING LAW ARE EXPRESSLY INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE. IN NO EVENT SHALL ULINK BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE REWARDS LINK. MOREOVER, TANGO CARD, AND NOR ULINK, IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MANAGING AND MAINTAINING THEIR CARD PROGRAM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THAT PROGRAM’S COMPLIANCE WITH APPROPRIATE FEDERAL AND STATE REGULATIONS. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. The Sponsor and its Agents are not responsible for any (i) incorrect announcements of any kind, (ii) technical hardware or software failures of any kind, including any injury or damage to any person’s computer/hardware as a result of participating in or experiencing any materials in connection with the promotion, (iii) lost or unavailable network connections, or (iv) failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmission that may limit a user’s ability to participate in the Raffle. The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for undeliverable emails resulting from any form of active or passive email filtering by a user’s Internet service provider and/or email client or for insufficient space in the user’s email account to receive email messages. The Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for Entries not received due to lost, failed delayed, or interrupted connections or miscommunications, or due to other electronic malfunctions, delays, or errors of any kind in the transmission or receipt of Entries. The Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information, whether caused by any human or technological error that may occur in the processing of Entries in this Raffle. Any other attempted form of entry not specified herein is prohibited; no automatic, programmed, robotic, or similar means of entry are permitted. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Raffle if fraud, misconduct, or technical failures destroy the integrity of the Raffle or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration or security of the Raffle as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. In the event a dispute arises regarding the specific individual entitled to receive a prize, entry will be declared made by the person assigned to the email address of the selected entry. In the event the Raffle is terminated, a notice will be posted, and all eligible entries received prior to termination will be included in a random drawing to award the prizes. All entries become the property of the Raffle Sponsor and will not be returned. The Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Official Rules. 

 

WINNERS LIST AND OFFICIAL RULES: For copy of the Official Rules, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to be received no later than July 31, 2025 to: Servicio UniTeller, Inc. 4516 Seton Center Parkway, Suite 125, Austin, TX 78759, Attn: “uLink Marketing Department – Padala, Panalo with uLink and BPI” Raffle. The Official Rules of this promotion will remain posted on www.ulink.com for 30 days after the end of the promotion.
