1. Promotion Overview

“A Very Loaded Holiday” Promotion (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Servicio UniTeller, Inc., operator of the uLink money transfer service (“uLink,” “Sponsor,” “we,” or “us”), in partnership with the Bank of the Philippine Islands (“BPI”).

Promotion Period: The Promotion begins on October 1, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM (EST) and ends on December 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM (EST) (the “Promotion Period”). The Promotion Period is divided into three (3) consecutive Qualifying Periods and associated Draws, as further described in Section 4 below.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, a Participant must, at the time of the Qualifying Transaction(s):

• Be a legal resident of the United States who is at least eighteen (18) years of age or older;
• Hold an active, verified uLink account in good standing with a valid, working email address on file;
• Not be an employee, officer, or director of uLink, Servicio UniTeller, Inc., BPI, or any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, or any other licensed money transmitter or remittance company, nor an immediate family member (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and each of their respective spouses) or household member of such employee, officer, or director.

Participation is void where prohibited or restricted by applicable law. By participating, each Participant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by all decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Promotion.

3. Qualifying Transactions

“Qualifying Transaction” means a send-money (international money transfer) transaction that is: (a) initiated by the Participant through uLink during the applicable Qualifying Period; (b) directed to a beneficiary located in the Philippines; (c) disbursed for payout through BPI as the receiving/payout partner; (d) in an amount of $500.00 USD or more per transaction; and (e) successfully completed and paid in full. Transactions that are cancelled, reversed, refunded, disputed, or that remain unpaid or pending as of the applicable Draw Date are not Qualifying Transactions and will not be counted toward a Participant’s eligibility, regardless of when initiated.

4. Qualifying Periods, Draw Dates, and Prizes

To be entered into a given Draw, a Participant must successfully complete three (3) or more Qualifying Transactions within the single corresponding Qualifying Period set out below. Each Qualifying Period, its associated Draw Date, and the prizes to be awarded at each Draw are as follows: 

Qualification resets each month. Each Qualifying Period is independent. Completing three (3) or more Qualifying Transactions within one Qualifying Period entitles the Participant to one (1) entry into that Qualifying Period’s Draw only, and does not carry forward, accumulate, or otherwise qualify the Participant for any other Draw. A Participant who wishes to be entered into more than one Draw must independently satisfy the three (3)-transaction minimum within each applicable Qualifying Period. Completing more than three (3) Qualifying Transactions within a single Qualifying Period does not increase the number of entries or the odds of winning for that Draw.

5. Prizes

At each of the three (3) Draws identified in Section 4, Sponsor will award the following prizes by random drawing among all Participants who qualified for that Draw’s Qualifying Period:

• One (1) Grand Prize: a grocery e-voucher with a value of P20,000.00 (Philippine Pesos), awarded to the Participant’s designated Philippine beneficiary.
• Twenty (20) Prizes: a mobile load (prepaid airtime) credit with a value of P1,000.00 (Philippine Pesos) each, awarded to the Participant’s designated Philippine beneficiary.

Total prizes available across the Promotion Period: three (3) Grand Prizes and sixty (60) mobile load prizes (twenty (20) per Draw, across three (3) Draws).

General prize conditions: Prizes are not transferable and may not be exchanged, sold, or redeemed for cash or any other item, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for any reason, including unavailability. All costs, expenses, and taxes (federal, state, local, or otherwise) associated with a prize are the sole responsibility of the winning Participant and/or their designated beneficiary.

6. Winner Selection; One Prize Per Draw

Winner selection: For each Draw, Sponsor (or its designee) will conduct a random drawing from among all qualifying entries for the corresponding Qualifying Period to select one (1) Grand Prize winner and twenty (20) mobile load prize winners. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for that Qualifying Period. If the number of qualifying entries for a given Qualifying Period is fewer than twenty-one (21), Sponsor will award prizes to all qualifying Participants for that Draw, up to the applicable number of qualifying entries, and any unclaimed/unawarded prize allocations for that Draw will not carry over to a subsequent Draw.

One (1) prize per Participant, per Draw. A Participant may win, at most, one (1) prize (either the Grand Prize or one (1) mobile load prize, but not both) within any single Draw. If a Participant is drawn more than once for the same Draw, only the first (highest-value) prize drawn will be awarded, and an additional eligible entry will be redrawn in its place for any subsequent placement. This limitation applies on a per-Draw (per-month) basis only — a Participant who wins a prize in one Draw remains eligible to qualify for, and win a prize in, a subsequent Draw during the Promotion Period, provided the Participant independently satisfies the qualifying requirements of Section 3 and 4 for that later Qualifying Period.

7. Winner Notification and Prize Claim

Notification: Winners will be notified by the uLink team by email, sent to the email address associated with the winning Participant’s uLink account, within a reasonable time following the applicable Draw Date.

Information required to claim: To receive the prize, the winning Participant (sender) will be required to provide the following information for their designated Philippine beneficiary:

• For Grand Prize (grocery e-voucher) winners: (1) beneficiary’s full name, and (2) beneficiary’s Philippine mobile number.
• For mobile load prize winners: (1) beneficiary’s full name, (2) beneficiary’s Philippine mobile number, and (3) beneficiary’s Philippine telecommunications service provider (Globe, Smart, or DITO).

The winning Participant must provide accurate and complete beneficiary information within ten (10) calendar days of the date the notification email is sent. It is the sole responsibility of the winning Participant to ensure the accuracy of the beneficiary information provided. Sponsor is not responsible for any failure to deliver a prize resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or untimely information. Failure to provide the required information within the stated deadline will result in forfeiture of the prize, and Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to award the forfeited prize to an alternate eligible Participant or to not award it at all.

8. Cancellations and Forfeitures

If a Qualifying Transaction is cancelled, reversed, refunded, or otherwise voided by either the Participant or Sponsor — whether before or after a Draw — that transaction will not count toward the Participant’s eligibility, and any prize already awarded in reliance on that transaction may be voided and reclaimed by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to void any entry or prize redemption that it determines, in its sole discretion, to be fraudulent, abusive, or made in violation of the uLink User Agreement or these Terms and Conditions.

9. Fraud, Abuse, and Integrity of the Promotion

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Participant it believes, in its sole discretion, has attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion, tampered with the entry or drawing process, or engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful conduct in connection with the Promotion. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such individual to the fullest extent permitted by law. No automated, programmatic, robotic, or similar means of entry or qualification are permitted.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with this Promotion (including beneficiary information) will be handled in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at www.ulink.com. By participating, Participants consent to the collection, use, and processing of such information as described in the Privacy Policy and as necessary to administer this Promotion and award prizes.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SPONSOR, BPI, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE AFFILIATES BE LIABLE TO ANY PARTICIPANT OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO PARTICIPATION IN THIS PROMOTION OR THE ACCEPTANCE, USE, OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures of any kind, including malfunctions of networks, servers, software, or the non-delivery of any email (including due to spam/junk filtering), that may affect a Participant’s ability to participate or a winner’s ability to receive notification or claim a prize.

12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or relating to this Promotion, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, and the parties agree that jurisdiction and venue shall lie solely in the State of New Jersey. The uLink User Agreement, including its provisions on limitation of liability and dispute resolution, is expressly incorporated herein by reference.

13. Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)

No purchase or transaction is necessary to enter or win. Participants may obtain one (1) free entry into a given Draw by mailing a 3″ x 5″ card with their full name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and a legible photocopy of a valid government-issued photo ID (showing name and date of birth) to: 4516 Seton Center Parkway, Suite 125, Austin, TX 78759, marked “Attn: uLink Marketing Department – A Very Loaded Holiday.” along with a written statement indicating their desire to enter the Promotion. Mail-in entries must be received no later than the last day of the applicable Qualifying Period (1st Qualifying Period: October 31, 2026; 2nd Qualifying Period: November 30. 2026; and December 31, 2026)  to be entered into that period’s Draw. Limit one (1) entry per outer envelope. Illegible, incomplete, or postage-due mail will be void.]

14. General Provisions

• Sponsor reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to add, modify, suspend, or terminate this Promotion or these Terms and Conditions, or to replace the Promotion with an alternate offer of comparable or greater value, without liability to Sponsor.
• If the Promotion is terminated prior to its scheduled end date, Sponsor will post notice on www.ulink.com, and all eligible entries received prior to termination will be included in a random drawing to award the remaining prizes, to the extent practicable.
• All entries and related data become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
• These Terms and Conditions will remain posted at www.ulink.com for at least thirty (30) days following the end of the Promotion Period.
• No entity other than Servicio UniTeller, Inc. and BPI is a sponsor of this Promotion.
