By participating in uLink Loyalty Rewards Program, you accept these terms and conditions.

How it Works

The uLink Loyalty Rewards Program allows you to earn stars with every transfer: send money, bill payments, phone reload, and more.

Wallet-to-wallet transactions, wallet funding transactions, and wallet withdrawal transactions do not qualify you to earn stars.

The program is based on a 100-star threshold. For every $100 USD (one hundred) you send, you earn 1 (one) star. Once you reach 100 (one hundred) stars, you will be able to redeem them for $5 USD (five), which will be available for use directly in your uLink e-wallet.

100 stars = $5 USD

200 stars = $10 USD

300 stars = $15 USD

and more…

Earning a reward star is contingent upon meeting the minimum $100 USD (one hundred) transaction threshold.

For example:

If you send $175 USD, you will earn 1 star and bank a balance $75 until you send an additional $25. Upon sending another $25, the second star will be available in your star rewards activity.

Transaction fees incurred will not count towards earning stars.

How to Redeem

Once you reach a minimum of 100 stars, you will be able to redeem them for $5 USD which will be deposited directly in your uLink e-wallet.

The uLink Loyalty Rewards Program is valid from 8/20/2024. The stars cannot be transferred to another customer. The stars accumulate and do not expire.

If you or uLink cancel the transaction, the stars will be cancelled. uLink reserves the right to void any offer redemption that appears to be fraudulent, and to void any offer redemption resulting from a fraudulent uLink transaction or any transaction that is not compliant with the uLink User agreement, found at ulink.com.

uLink reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice, to add, modify, or terminate any and/or all of the terms of the uLink Loyalty Rewards Program Agreement or to replace, wholly or in part, with another offer with no liability to uLink.

You may not (and you are not eligible to) participate in the uLink Loyalty Rewards Program if you are an employee of uLink or an affiliate or any other licensed remittance company or where doing so would be prohibited by any applicable law, statute or regulations or all information collected from you as part of the uLink Loyalty Rewards Program shall be subject to uLink’s Privacy Policy, found at ulink.com.

The uLink Loyalty Rewards Program may not be used for any commercial purpose, as determined by uLink in its sole discretion.

IN NO EVENT SHALL ULINK BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN ULINK LOYALTY REWARDS PROGRAM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE AND/OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF ULINK HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE ULINK USER AGREEMENT, INCLUDING THE SECTIONS ON LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION/GOVERNING LAW ARE EXPRESSLY INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE.

ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS AND IMPLIED, ARE DISCLAIMED (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE DISCLAIMER OF ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND/OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE). ULINK MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO ANY RESULTS OBTAINABLE THROUGH THE ULINK LOYALTY REWARDS PROGRAM.

The uLink Loyalty Rewards Program is subject to force majeure events.

The uLink Loyalty Rewards Program has no cash value and may not be combined with any other offer. uLink is the final authority on the Program and the interpretation of this Program Agreement.

Any dispute or claim will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify. The Federal Arbitration Act and federal arbitration law apply to this agreement.

There is no judge or jury in arbitration, and court review of an arbitration award is limited. However, an arbitrator can award on an individual basis the same damages and relief as a court (including injunctive and declaratory relief or statutory damages) and must follow the terms of these Conditions of Use as a court would.

By participating in this program, you agree that the Federal Arbitration Act, applicable federal law, and the laws of the state of New Jersey, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms and Conditions and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and uLink.
