Effective Period: Starting at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on September 1, 2025, and will continue until terminated by the organizer.

By participating, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) issued by Servicio UniTeller, Inc. d/b/a uLink (“uLink”, “we”, “our”, or “the Company”), headquartered at 4516 Seton Center Parkway, Suite 125, Austin, TX 78759.

Please read these Terms carefully before joining the Program.

Program Overview

The uLink Affiliate Creator Program allows selected content creators (“Affiliate Creators”) to earn rewards by referring users to the uLink app through a unique affiliate code.

Eligibility

To join the Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be a legal resident of the United States.
• Own a public social media account or channel.
• Have downloaded and used the uLink app.
• Submit all required personal and payment information to uLink (see Required Information Section).

Program Period

The Program runs from September 1, 2025, and will continue until terminated by the organizer. All affiliate codes and referral tracking will remain active until terminated or modified by uLink, at its sole discretion. Any changes will be communicated in writing.

Required Information

To participate and receive payouts, you must submit:

• Full legal name.
• Email address.
• Mailing address.
• Phone number.
• Bank account details for payment.
• A clear photocopy of a valid U.S. government-issued photo ID showing your full name and date of birth.

Failure to submit or update this information may result in disqualification from the Program.

Affiliate Code and Referrals

Once onboarded:

• You’ll receive a custom referral code.
• You can share this code with your audience.
• Every time someone completes a fund transfer to the Philippines using your code, it counts as a successful referral.
• Only transactions with a “Paid” status shall be considered valid and eligible for this program. Transactions that are voided, canceled, or refunded for any reason shall be deemed ineligible and will not qualify.

Compensation and Payout

• You’ll earn $20 USD per successful referral.
• Payouts are made in batches of 5 successful referrals (i.e., every $100 earned).
• Payouts are issued via bank transfer within 30 days of confirming your 5-referral milestone.
• Code user’s uLink money transfer transaction is not canceled (either by the code user/sender or by uLink).
• An Affiliate Creator cannot use his own code with his uLink account. 

Content Guidelines

To maintain brand consistency, all promotional content must:

• Use official uLink brand assets provided in our Affiliate Brand Kit.
• Be submitted for approval to uLink prior to posting.
• Accurately represent the uLink service.

uLink reserves the right to reject or request revisions on any content that does not meet branding or legal standards.

We may feature your content on our official uLink Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or YouTube accounts, subject to our review and discretion.

Termination

Either you or uLink may terminate participation in the Program at any time, for any reason, by providing written notice. Upon termination:

• Your affiliate code will be deactivated. 
• Any verified unpaid commissions earned prior to termination will be processed.
• Any attempt by an Affiliate Creator to abuse this Referral Program by using multiple/different identities, registrations, logins, and/or any other methods, will void and disqualify the Affiliate Creator from receiving the Reward in uLink’s sole discretion.

Independent Contractor Status

By joining the Program, you acknowledge that you are acting as an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, or partner of uLink. You are responsible for any tax obligations arising from your earnings.

Data Privacy

All personal information collected will be used solely for Program administration in accordance with uLink’s Privacy Policy. We value your privacy and are committed to safeguarding your data.

Limitation of Liability

uLink is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability to any participant under this Program shall not exceed the total amount earned by that participant.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, and any disputes arising from the Program shall be resolved in the courts located within New Jersey. 

Updates to Terms

uLink reserves the right to amend or terminate these Terms at any time. Any updates will be communicated via email or posted on this page.

Bulk Distribution

If an Affiliate Creator provides his unique code to another person by email, the email must be created and distributed in a personal manner that is appropriate and customary for communications with friends, family members, or persons with whom Affiliate Creator has a prior relationship. Bulk email distribution, distribution to strangers, or any other promotion of a unique referral link in a manner that would constitute or appear to constitute unsolicited commercial email or “spam” under any applicable law or regulation or other distribution of his unique code through channels other than personal email, or social platforms is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination of the Affiliate Creator’s account and deactivation of his code.

Other Terms and Conditions

uLink reserves the right to amend or terminate the Affiliate Creator Program at any time without notice. uLink expressly reserves the right to close the account(s) of any Affiliate Creator and/or friend, and to request proper payment if the Affiliate Creator and/or friend attempts to use the Affiliate Creator Program in a questionable manner or code in breach of these Terms and Conditions or in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation.

Users may not participate in the Affiliate Creator Program where doing so would be prohibited by any applicable law, statute or regulations. All information collected from a user in the Affiliate Creator Program shall be subject to the uLink Privacy Policy.
