By participating in this promotion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Promotion Description

The Active Customer Loyalty Rewards Promotion (the “Promotion”) rewards eligible active uLink customers who successfully complete qualifying paid transactions totaling three thousand dollars ($3,000.00 USD) or more within any rolling ninety (90)-day-calendar period. The moment a customer’s qualifying paid transactions within the active rolling ninety (90)-day window reach three thousand dollars ($3,000.00 USD), or any whole multiple thereof, two hundred (200) Reward Stars are triggered for each such increment satisfied, equivalent to a ten-dollar ($10.00 USD) value per increment, redeemable as cashback into the customer’s activated uLink e-wallet. Upon a reward being triggered, the rolling window immediately closes, any unused surplus amount is forfeited and does not carry over, and a new rolling ninety (90)-day window begins at zero with the customer’s next qualifying paid transaction.

Eligibility

To be eligible for this Promotion, a participant must:

• Be an active uLink customer with a prior history of paid transactions;
• Successfully complete qualifying paid transactions totaling three thousand dollars ($3,000.00 USD) or more within a single rolling ninety (90)-day-calendar period, and
• Maintain an active and compliant uLink account in good standing at the time the reward is triggered.

This Promotion is intended for active customers only. New customers with zero (0) prior paid transactions are not eligible. Rewards are non-transferable. A qualifying rolling ninety (90)-day window may result in more than one (1) reward issuance where the running total satisfies more than one $3,000.00 USD increment prior to the window closing, as further described below. Employees of uLink, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and any other licensed remittance company are expressly excluded from participation. Participation is void where prohibited by applicable law, statute, or regulation. Eligibility does not override any account restrictions, transaction limits, KYC requirements, sanctions screening, AML monitoring, fraud controls, or other compliance requirements.

Qualifying Transactions

The following transaction types are eligible and qualify toward fulfillment of the Promotion requirements, provided the customer has successfully completed qualifying paid transactions totaling three thousand dollars ($3,000.00 USD) or more within any rolling ninety (90)-day-calendar period:

• International Money Transfers (Send Money)
• Bill Payments
• Phone Reloads
• OMC Gift Card Purchases
• AFORE Transactions
• Trust Payments

Only transactions that satisfy all of the following requirements will be considered qualifying transactions. A transaction must:

• be successfully completed and settled;
• not be cancelled, reversed, or refunded;
• not be fraudulent or unauthorized;
• comply with the User Agreement;
• comply with applicable law and regulatory requirements; and
• not be subject to an unresolved fraud, AML, sanctions, or compliance review.

Rolling 90-Day Window — Calculation Method

The qualifying period for this Promotion is based on a rolling ninety (90)-day window, which is not fixed to any specific calendar dates. The window is dynamic and moves based on the dates of the customer’s individual qualifying transactions, as follows:

Only transactions dated on or after the Promotion’s effective start date count toward the $3,000.00 USD threshold. Any transaction completed before the Promotion launched is fully excluded from the running total calculation, even if such a transaction would otherwise fall within a customer’s active ninety (90)-day rolling window.

1. Window Initiation: The ninety (90)-day period begins on the date of the customer’s first qualifying paid transaction that initiates a new accumulation cycle.
2. Transaction Accumulation: Subsequent qualifying paid transactions are added to the running total, provided each transaction’s paid date falls within ninety (90) days of the earliest transaction currently included in the window.
3. Transaction Drop-Off: If a subsequent transaction’s paid date falls outside the ninety (90)-day window anchored to the earliest transaction in the running total, the earliest transaction drops out of the calculation. The window re-anchors to the next earliest remaining transaction, and the running total is recalculated accordingly.
4. 4. Reward Trigger and Window Closure: The reward is triggered at the moment the running total of qualifying paid transactions reaches or exceeds $3,000.00 USD within any single rolling ninety (90)-day window. Upon such trigger, the rolling ninety (90)-day window immediately closes in its entirety, and any portion of the running total that has not been used to satisfy a $3,000.00 USD increment is forfeited and shall not carry over to any subsequent window. A new rolling ninety (90)-day window begins at a running total of zero, commencing on the date of the customer’s next qualifying paid transaction.
5. 5. Multiple Reward Triggers; No Surplus Carryover: Each qualifying paid transaction is added to the running total of the active rolling ninety (90)-day window at the moment it is paid. If, upon the payment of a transaction, the running total reaches or exceeds one or more whole $3,000.00 USD increments, a reward is triggered for each whole increment satisfied (e.g., a running total of $6,000.00 USD triggers two (2) rewards; a running total of $9,000.00 USD triggers three (3) rewards). Immediately upon any reward being triggered, the rolling ninety (90)-day window closes in full, and any remaining amount that does not constitute a complete $3,000.00 USD increment is forfeited and will not carry over or be credited toward any future window. Following closure, a new rolling ninety (90)-day window begins at a running total of zero with the customer’s next qualifying paid transaction.  For illustration only: (a) if a customer completes a qualifying transaction of $2,000.00 USD on May 10 and a second qualifying transaction of $4,000.00 USD on June 15, the running total reaches $6,000.00 USD upon the June 15 transaction, triggering two (2) rewards of two hundred (200) Reward Stars each; the window then closes and resets to zero. (b) If, instead, the second transaction on June 15 is $5,000.00 USD, the running total reaches $7,000.00 USD, which satisfies two (2) complete $3,000.00 USD increments and triggers two (2) rewards; the remaining $1,000.00 USD is forfeited, does not carry over, and the window closes and resets to zero.

Reward

Upon the running total of qualifying paid transactions reaching or exceeding $3,000.00 USD within a single rolling ninety (90)-day window, the eligible customer will receive two hundred (200) Reward Stars redeemable as cashback into their activated uLink e-wallet. Two hundred (200) Reward Stars are equivalent to ten dollars ($10.00 USD) in value and are subject to the terms and conditions governing uLink’s Loyalty Rewards Program, as may be amended from time to time.

This Promotion may be combined with other existing and ongoing uLink Reward Stars-related promotions. Reward Stars are non-transferable and may not be assigned to another customer under any circumstances. Reward Stars accumulate in the customer’s uLink e-wallet and do not expire.

A customer may earn the Reward Stars multiple times — either as multiple $3,000.00 USD increments are satisfied within a single rolling ninety (90)-day window before it closes, or as each successive rolling ninety (90)-day window independently satisfies the $3,000.00 USD threshold. There is no limit on the number of qualifying windows or reward increments per customer, provided all applicable conditions are met while the promo period is still running.

Promotion Period

This Promotion is valid through 12/31/2026 and shall remain in effect indefinitely until paused or terminated by uLink. uLink reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to pause, suspend, modify, or permanently terminate this Promotion at its sole discretion, with no liability to uLink. Any qualifying transactions initiated and paid prior to the effective date of a pause or termination shall be honored subject to the terms herein.

Cancellations and Forfeitures

If a qualifying transaction is cancelled, reversed, or refunded by either the customer or uLink, such transaction shall be removed from the rolling window calculation and shall not count toward the $3,000.00 USD threshold. Any Reward Stars previously issued as cashback into the uLink e-wallet in reliance upon such transaction, or upon a transaction that is subsequently determined to be fraudulent, unauthorized, abusive, or otherwise non-compliant with applicable law or uLink’s compliance requirements, may be voided and reclaimed by uLink. uLink reserves the right to void any Reward Stars issued in connection with fraudulent activity, transactions that violate the uLink User Agreement, or any transaction not compliant with applicable law.

Fraud and Abuse

uLink reserves the right to investigate and, at its sole discretion, disqualify any participant suspected of manipulating or abusing the Promotion, engaging in fraudulent activity, or otherwise violating these Terms and Conditions or the uLink User Agreement. This Promotion is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. Any commercial exploitation of this Promotion, as determined by uLink in its sole discretion, is expressly prohibited. uLink reserves the right to delay, withhold, or deny any reward while a transaction or account is subject to fraud, AML, sanctions, compliance, regulatory, or other risk review.

Privacy

All personal information collected in connection with this Promotion shall be processed in accordance with uLink’s Privacy Policy, available at http://www.ulink.com. By participating in this Promotion, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal information as described therein.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ULINK BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THIS PROMOTION, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, AND/OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF ULINK HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. ULINK MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO ANY RESULTS OBTAINABLE THROUGH THIS PROMOTION.

The uLink User Agreement, including its provisions governing limitation of liability and dispute resolution, is expressly incorporated herein by reference.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Promotion or these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration on an individual basis, and not in a court of law, except that either party may assert claims in small claims court where eligible. The Federal Arbitration Act and federal arbitration law shall govern the interpretation and enforcement of this arbitration provision.

You acknowledge that there is no judge or jury in arbitration, and that judicial review of an arbitration award is limited. Notwithstanding the foregoing, an arbitrator may award on an individual basis the same forms of relief available in a court of law, including injunctive and declaratory relief and statutory damages, and shall be bound by these Terms and Conditions as a court would be.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Federal Arbitration Act, applicable federal law, and the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

General Provisions

uLink is the final authority with respect to all matters relating to this Promotion and the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions. This Promotion is subject to force majeure events beyond uLink’s reasonable control. uLink reserves the right to add, modify, or amend any and all terms of this Promotion at any time and without prior notice, or to substitute the Promotion with an alternative offer of comparable or greater value, without liability to uLink.

Compliance and Regulatory Requirements

Participation in this Promotion does not affect or limit uLink’s rights or obligations under applicable law or regulatory requirements, including those relating to customer identification, anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing (“AML/CFT”), sanctions, fraud prevention, transaction monitoring, or other compliance requirements. uLink reserves the right to suspend, restrict, deny, or terminate a customer’s participation in the Promotion where necessary to comply with applicable law, regulatory requirements, or uLink’s compliance policies and procedures.
