1. *Eligibility*: This raffle promo (the “Promo”) is open to legal residents of Vietnam who are at least 18 years old. Employees, officers, and directors of DongA Money Transfer Company and UniTeller, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are ineligible.
2. *Promo Period*: The Promo runs from December 15, 2024, to January 31, 2025.
3. *How to Enter*: Participants must have a remittance transaction paid for by DongA MTC using the following the following platforms, during the promo period:

• UniTeller Agents
• uLink money transfer app

3.1. Each participant may only win the Promotion once.

4. *Prizes*: Five (5) winners will receive USD100 each (approximately VND 2,500,000). Total Prize Value of $500 USD.
5. *Winner Selection*: Winners will be selected randomly through electronic draw on February 14, 2025, at DongA MTC office and will be shared with UniTeller marketing.
6. *Notification*: Winners will be notified via [phone call/email/text message] within five (5) working days from the announcement date.
7. Prize Claiming and Delivery

Winners will receive their prize via home delivery, arranged by DongA Money Transfer Company (DongA MTC). The following terms apply:

7.1. Mechanics for Claiming the Prize

Winners must confirm their acceptance of the prize within five (5) working days of notification. Required details depend on how the winner would like to claim the prize as follows:

a) Home delivery

1. Full name
2. Valid identification document (e.g., National ID, passport)
3. Residential address for prize delivery
4. Active phone number for coordination
5. Upon confirmation, DongA MTC will facilitate prize delivery within seven (7) working days.

b) Bank Transfer

1. Full name
2. Account number
3. Bank name

Winners must be physically present at the delivery address and present the identification used during confirmation.

7.2. Grounds for Prize Forfeiture

Prizes may be forfeited under the following circumstances:

• Failure to confirm prize acceptance within the stipulated five (5) working days.
• Submission of incomplete or inaccurate details for delivery.
• Refusal to accept the prize upon delivery or inability to present valid identification.
• Attempts to transfer the prize claim to another individual without DongA MTC’s prior written consent.

7.3. Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure—such as natural disasters, acts of war, government restrictions, pandemics, or any other events beyond the reasonable control of DongA MTC or its logistics partner—that prevent or delay the delivery of prizes, the following will apply:

DongA MTC will make reasonable efforts to deliver the prize once the force majeure event has been resolved.

If delivery is delayed beyond thirty (30) calendar days due to such events, DongA MTC reserves the right to determine an alternate method of prize distribution, such as in-branch pickup or rescheduling delivery.

Winners will be duly notified of any changes or delays in prize delivery caused by force majeure events.

7.4. Handling of Unclaimed Prizes

Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited and retained by DongA MTC, which reserves the right to reallocate them to alternate winners.

8. Consent

By participating in this Promo, participants consent to the following:

8.1. Personal Data Collection and Processing

Participants agree to the collection, use, and processing of their personal data by DongA Money Transfer Company (DongA MTC) for purposes related to the Promo, including but not limited to verifying eligibility, prize distribution, and other administrative purposes.

8.2. Submission of Pictures and Marketing Use

Participants may be required to take and submit a picture as part of the Promo (the “Submission”).

By submitting their picture, participants grant DongA MTC and its affiliates an irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide, and perpetual license to use, reproduce, edit, display, publish, and distribute the Submission for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes across any media platform, including but not limited to social media, websites, and print materials.

Participants acknowledge that DongA MTC may modify or adapt the Submission to fit its promotional needs, provided such modifications do not misrepresent the original context.

8.3. Participant Representations and Warranties

Participants represent and warrant that:

They are the sole owners of the submitted picture and hold all necessary rights to grant the license specified in Section 8.2.

The Submission does not infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.

Any individuals featured in the Submission have consented to the use of their likeness in accordance with these terms.

8.4. Indemnification

Participants agree to indemnify and hold DongA MTC harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from or related to the Submission, including but not limited to claims of intellectual property infringement or violation of privacy rights.

8.5. Right to Decline or Disqualify Submissions

DongA MTC reserves the right to decline or disqualify any Submission that it deems, in its sole discretion, inappropriate, non-compliant with the guidelines, or otherwise unsuitable for promotional use.

9. *Disclaimer*: DongA MTC shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from or related to the Promo.
10. *Governing Law*: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Vietnamese laws.

*ADDITIONAL TERMS*

1. DongA MTC reserves the right to modify or cancel the Promo.
2. Decision of DongA MTC is final and binding.
